Made along the banks of the Snake River in the beautiful American northwest. Infused with a remarkably balanced selection of botanicals that includes juniper, elderflower, lemongrass, coriander, and angelica root, which provide a rich complexity and savory character.
Distilled in small batches from USDA-certified organic, non-GMO wheat grown on family-owned 1,000 Springs Mill Farm in Buhl, Idaho. The wheat is non-GMO and has been certified organic by the United States Department of Agriculture.
A proprietary batch fermentation and continuous fractional distillation four-column system is used, that gives highly engineered control over all aspects of quality.
