Relaunching in 2022, Farmer’s Gin was completely revamped in Idaho, USA, with a full chain of custody for its ingredients and processing that allows for complete traceability back to the soil that its grain was grown in. They use wheat grown by 1,000 Springs Mill near Buhl, in Idaho’s ‘Magic Valley’ which is a family-owned, third generation farm that is USDA-certified organic and non-GMO. Renewable and regenerative practices are central to their practices to cultivate higher quality and more nutritious ingredients for healthy people and a healthy future, with approximately 2.5 pounds of wheat going into each bottle of gin.

Distillation and the sourcing of botanicals is done by Distilled Resources Inc., which was Idaho’s first legal distillery and the first US distillery to be certified organic. A proprietary batch fermentation and continuous fractional distillation four-column system is used to deliver the highest level of control over the entire process and achieve as smooth a spirit as possible. The distillery sources its water used from a 200-foot-deep bore into the Eastern Snake River Plain Aquifer, which is conserved and reused where possible.
