Refund policy

Returns are only accepted for faulty products within a reasonable time of their sale. Change of mind returns are not accepted.

To return a faulty product, please contact us on help@theliquorcellar.nz with the subject "Return Request" to begin a return request. Be sure to include your order number, details of the product fault, and proof.

If it is a minor fault we reserve the right to decide whether to repair, replace, or refund the item. If it is confirmed to be a major fault you may choose whether to get a replacement or a refund.

We will provide a shipping label for you to return the faulty product to us, at no cost. If the product is being repaired or replaced, we will do this once the faulty product has been received at our distribution centre.

Change of mind refunds are not given.
