Enjoy a 24-pack of the Fever-Tree mixer featured in each month's Gin Club subscription box. Each pack is delivered right to your door, inclusive in the subscription price.
Most months will be a 24-pack of 150ml cans but will occasionally be upgraded to a 24-pack of 200ml bottles at no extra cost.
Important: Boxes are delivered early each month. Your first box will typically be the month after you sign up, see full schedule below.

These date ranges are the sign up period to receive the stated box i.e. if you sign up on January 4th, your first box will be delivered in February.

When will I receive my mixer?
Each month's mixer is sent out in the first week of each month. Your first month is determined by the sign up cutoffs which you can see above.
Once dispatched, the average delivery time depends on where it's going:
Auckland - 1-2 Working Days
North Island - 1-3 Working Days
South Island - 3-5 Working Days
Note: If your delivery address is rural then it is typically an additional 1-3 working days to your region's average time.
It may also take longer to arrive than normal during peak periods like Christmas.
Are there any extra fees?
No, the only cost is for each month's mixer you are sent.
There are no fees for changing your frequency, pausing, cancelling, or anything like that.
The only time you will be charged is for receiving a mixer.
Is there a minimum sign up period?
No, there is no minimum sign up period or number of months. You can pause or cancel your subscription whenever you like at no cost.
Can I change how I often I get a box?
Yes, you can change your frequency by logging into your account and navigating to your subscription.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, you can pause or restart your subscription at any time and as often as you like by logging into your account and navigating to your subscription.
Boxes are charged on the first of each month, so you will need to pause before the month you are next due to not be charged.
Can I cancel my subscription early?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and navigating to your subscription.
Subscriptions are charged on the first of each month or whenever you have rescheduled them to, so you will need to cancel before the next scheduled charge to not be charged for another month.
Can I return a mixer?
If a product is faulty you can return it, but not if you've changed your mind. Please see our returns and refund policy for more details.
Can I track my subscription's delivery?
Yes, you will receive a tracking link at the email address you entered when signing up every time you are sent a mixer.
When will I be charged for my next month?
You will be charged on the first of the month each time you are due to receive a mixer, unless you have manually edited your schedule.

What kind of box does it arrive in?
The mixers are sent out in their original carton packaging with a courier label attached.
