SUBSCRIPTION BOX T&CS
By placing an order for a subscription product (including but not limited to The Gin Club Subscription, The Whisky Box Subscription, The Cocktail Box Subscription, and Fever-Tree Mixer Subscription) the customer agrees to be charged on an ongoing basis on the 1st of the month of each month scheduled based on their set frequency after receiving their first box. This schedule can be edited by the customer, see below for details. If a scheduled automatic charge fails, there will be up to three automatic attempts to process the charge. If the charge fails on the final automatic attempt then the customer will be skipped for that scheduled month's box, see the schedules below for the charge date capture periods for each subscription.

Subscriptions can be paused and unpaused at any time by the customer using the subscription management portal. While a subscription is paused, no automatic charges will be processed. There is no fee to pause. There is no minimum time that a customer must be subscribed before pausing. There is no minimum number of boxes a customer must receive before pausing.There is no time limit on how long a subscription can be paused for. There is no limit on how many times a customer can pause or unpause their subscription.

Subscriptions can be cancelled and restarted at any time by the customer using the subscription management portal. When a subscription is cancelled, there will be no further automatic charges. There is no fee to cancel. There is no minimum time that a customer must be subscribed before cancelling. There is no minimum number of boxes a customer must receive before cancelling.

Subscription frequencies can be changed at any time by the customer using the subscription management portal. There is no fee to change frequency. There is no minimum time a customer must be subscribed before changing frequency. There is no minimum number of boxes a customer must receive before changing frequency. When a subscription's frequency is changed this will reset the subscription's schedule based on the new frequency. Customers can only change to one of the offered frequencies: Every 1 month, Every 2 months, and Every 3 months.

Scheduled charges can be skipped at any time by the customer using the subscription management portal. There is no fee to skip a scheduled charge. There is no minimum time that a customer must be subscribed before skipping a scheduled charge. There is no minimum number of boxes that a customer must receive before skipping a scheduled charge.

Subscription charge schedules can be edited at any time by the customer using the subscription management portal. There is no fee edit the schedule. There is no minimum time that a customer must be subscribed before editing the schedule. There is no minimum number of boxes that a customer must receive before editing the schedule. The date that a subscription is charged determines which box the charge is for based on the following schedules:

Each box is fulfilled as soon as possible. Fulfillment for each month's box of The Gin Club, The Whisky Box, and The Fever-Tree Mixer subscriptions only begins after the 1st of the month (standard charge date). Fulfillment for each month's box of The Cocktail Box only begins after the 15th of the month (standard charge date). The Liquor Cellar aims to have all boxes for a month dispatched within the first 7 working days after the standard charge date (see above).

The Liquor Cellar's standard terms and conditions on refunds and returns apply to subscriptions. These can be found here. This includes any scheduled automatic charges that have been processed.

Removes shipping fee from order. Automatically applied at checkout. Only valid on orders $250+. Excludes shipping fees of $30.00 or more. NO SHIPPING FEE COLLECTION T&CS
Products in the "No Shipping Fee" collection have their shipping fee waived. This only applies to them as individual products, if an order contains products from the "No Shipping Fee" collection and other products that are not exempt from shipping fees then the order as a whole will be subject to a shipping fee. The Liquor Cellar reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions and which products are in the "No Shipping Collection" without notice at their sole discretion. The Liquor Cellar's decision in respect to all matters to do with the shipping fee waiver will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. By using this waiver, a customer is indicating their acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

THE GIN CLUB SUBSCRIBER SURVEY GIVEAWAY T&Cs

1. The Promoter is: Gin Club NZ Limited aka The Liquor Cellar

a) The above mentioned company will be hereafter referred to as the ‘Promoter'.

2. Employees of the Promoter or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the giveaway or helping to set up the competition or giveaway shall not be permitted to enter the competition.

3. The giveaway is only open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older with an active or paused subscription to The Gin Club.

4. To enter the giveaway an entrant must complete the survey. Only one entry per person.

5. To be eligible to win the prize an entrant must answer the survey questions and have an active or paused subscription to The Gin Club at the time of the draw.

6. The closing date for entry is Thursday July 31st 2025 at 11.59 pm (NZDT). After this date no further entries will be permitted.

a) The Promoter is not responsible for any late, misdirected, or incorrectly completed entries, or any technical malfunction, delay, or loss of data that occurs in the course of the administration of the competition or giveaway, for whatever reason.

7. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition or giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice at their sole discretion. Any changes to the competition or giveaway will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.

8. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition or giveaway.

9. Prizes may not be exchanged for cash or otherwise. Prizes are not transferrable. Prizes are non-refundable. Prizes are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

10. The Winner(s) will be drawn by a member of the Promoter team. Where there are multiple prizes, entrants are not eligible to win more than one prize. Where the winner(s) is not determined by a random draw, all judging decisions are made at the Promoter’s sole discretion.

11. The Winner(s) will be notified via email within 28 days of the closing date. If a winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

a) The winner(s) must be aged 18 years or older and may be required to provide valid proof of age (NZ Drivers Licence, Passport, or HANS 18+) upon request to claim the prize. If proof is not provided within 7 days of a request, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

12. Prize(s) will be mailed to the address associated with the Winner(s)’s entry or subscription, whichever is applicable to the giveaway.

13. By submitting their personal information and checking the email sign up option, entrants agree to be contacted by the Promoter and receive emails containing offers and developments that the Promoter thinks may interest you. You will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe on every email that is sent.

14. The winner(s) agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, including but not limited to the Promoter’s official social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and Pinterest, and websites. Any other personal data relating to the winner(s), or any other entrants, is governed by our Privacy Policy.

15. There are three main prizes to be won. Each main prize has a total recommended retail value of $250.00 NZD.

17. The Promoter, its employees, and agents will not be liable for any loss or damage in any form in connection with the giveaway or the prize(s).
