The definition of Alchemy is "a magical process of creation and combination." Here Pōkeno have combined some of their oldest whiskies, which have been fully matured in 6 cask types (Pedro Ximenez Sherry butts and hogsheads, light and medium toasted Virgin American Oak barrels, and ruby and tawny port barriques). This is their boldest and richest release yet, bursting with notes of ripe red fruits, dark chocolate, and Black Forest gateau, leading into rich honey, caramel, and vanilla beans, with a long rich and fruity finish.
