A dry gin that captures the essence of a true London Dry - a classic style built on the bold foundation of the 'Gin Holy Trinity': juniper, coriander, and angelica. Bright layers of Meyer lemon and thyme add a fresh, aromatic twist. Macerated for 48 hours and distilled in a traditional pot still using a single-shot method.
Bottled at a punchy 44%, this is a no-nonsense gin designed to cut clean through tonic, hold its own in a negroni, or make a ripper martini.
