Dry Gin
A dry gin that captures the essence of a true London Dry - a classic style built on the bold foundation of the 'Gin Holy Trinity': juniper, coriander, and angelica. Bright layers of Meyer lemon and thyme add a fresh, aromatic twist. Macerated for 48 hours and distilled in a traditional pot still using a single-shot method.

Bottled at a punchy 44%, this is a no-nonsense gin designed to cut clean through tonic, hold its own in a negroni, or make a ripper martini.

Sloe Gin
A traditionally crafted English-style sloe gin, inspired by the age-old ritual of post-summer berry foraging, where children gathered tart sloe berries as a gift for their gin-sipping elders. This small-batch spirit pays homage to a time when the berries soaked until Christmas, emerging as a richly coloured, gently sweetened liqueur to cap off a festive feast.

Perfect for sipping after dinner, with a dash of and a slice of orange, or in a Charlie Chaplin cocktail. Made by steeping sloe berries in Camden Valley Dry Gin.
