Teeling Single Malt Irish Whiskey
For July we've chosen something a bit intriguing with Teeling, showcasing Irish style but also embodying the age old Single Malt tradition. Not many Irish whiskies are single malt so to see one such as this is very rare. The likelihood is that most people haven't tried something like this before.
With the classic Irish touch of being triple distilled, as well as non-chill filtered, and then aged in a selection of five different casks (Virgin American Oak, Ruby Port, Caravelos White Port, Madeira, and Bourbon), this award-winning whiskey is a must try. Plus it's been bottle at a grunty 46% ABV.

Fever-Tree Dry Ginger Ale
As always, we love giving a variety of ways to experience and enjoy the diverse whiskies we feature. The first of these pairings for the Teeling Single Malt is Fever-Tree's Dry Ginger Ale.
A classic and refreshing combination, sweet and spicy ginger ale is the perfect match when looking to mix a whisky, and a premium spirit deserves to be served with a premium mixer.

Parched Dehydrated Orange Slices
We'd be remiss if we just left it at that with whiskey and ginger ale though, so we've included a small pouch of Parched's dehydrated orange rounds to sweeten the pot (quite literally).
Still carrying all the fruit flavour, they're the perfect garnish to elevate any drink. 100% natural and zero added sugar.

Potter Bothers Soft Russian Fudge in Chocolate
Chocolate coated soft Russian fudge is the perfect after dinner partner with this Teeling Whiskey, matching some of the caramelised fruits and milk chocolate notes. It also has the richness to rival the strong and enjoyable intensity of a 46% whiskey.
Levin based Potter Brothers are all about indulging in nostalgia and the tastes of childhood, which their outstanding sweet treats certainly are.

Extras
Heard of Irish coffee? Who hasn't! It'd be wrong of us to feature an Irish whiskey and not give you everything you need to make one of your own. Why not try it with a bit of ice and have it cold style in the perfectly balanced cold Irish coffee.
Flight Coffee are a Wellington based roastery sustainably sourcing their beans from Columbia and making damn good coffee. Including, of course, their double shot cold brewed black coffee which is made with their Original Bomber Blend.
